shiok ah. we did some gay shit training today. felt like shit during the training, but DAMN did it feel good after. just sitting there, chillin, swallowing entire drinks. i smell the team spirit sia.. eh well done guys! didnt think we'd survive, but we did, and impressed mr teo summore.

most interesting thing today: mr teo showed his soft side! man. all the guys like him more i think. zhi cong and i both agreed. he cracked a dumb joke! lol. first time he so nice to us lah! shiok. sigh. xin1 ruan3 now. even cong dun dare to tell him. its too hard lah! suddenly he so nice.

highlight of training: zhicong, me, you sian, jiawei(i think) were running togetrher. it was my turn not to hold the ball. when i ran past cong, he suddenly "chi bye lahhhh" then chiong. i "f*** you lahhhhh" then i chiong. then you sian and jiawei joined in. haha. DAMN Loud. got all the hokkien colourful language coming in, then made us chiong like gays to beat each other. after that part feel like shit. all the lactic acid builiding up. i think if the acid get any more concentrated it'll just corrode my bones away. haha bo ho chio.

and yes! you sian! you and i can go water this week! SONG BO... im so looking forward to water.. its been such a long time since i went down to water. kel and nat ah.. why u all pon... if not can go water also.... oh kel alr can go so no diff lah. but u missed out on a team bonding kind of training.

i have a fricking tumour on my fourth finger on my right hand. those interested pls come ask me. i show you. my whole finger is swelled up. the callus there has been infected due to rust getting into the callus after gym. the callus fromed due to pull ups. and it's damn disgutsing. its big, yellow, and totally reduces your ability of writing. i couldnt even hold a pen properly. now better. quick heal lah i wanna go back to my routine.
